Thanks to social media and the interwebs we’ve been able to become a part of online communities or start our own and share things from what I ate for dinner to how to deal with a pregnant employee who keeps calling in sick!
Community is crucial and is good for networking for a job, knowledge-sharing, finding potential job candidates and a hundred other things.

So you see, social and online communities really have a way of enhancing not only our personal lives and opening us up to a whole new world out there that we would never normally have a chance to meet let alone engage with, but can be extremely valuable to our professional lives as well.
