If you have not heard of Curtis Midkiff, you need to stop what you are doing and connect with him. In 2010, Curtis joined SHRM as the Director of Social Engagement and what he has done in and for the social HR space is phenomenal. He is a large part of making SHRM social and has done a great job.
For the last two years he has organized The Hive at the annual conference. If you missed it, The Hive is a place for individuals who may have questions about social media to come and get help from experts enthusiasts like Susan and I. Curtis also organizes the blog squad which is a large group of bloggers/social media users who help make sure the annual conference gets ton of social attention. #SHRM13 trended on Twitter this year and all of that is because of the work Curtis puts in.
On Tuesday, July 16th, Susan and I are going to hangout with Curtis to talk about social media and HR. We will hear how he thinks the social landscape has changed over the last three years since joining SHRM and what he sees for the future.
