TweetHashtagLast week, Sabrina held a Webinar on the basics of Twitter titled “Twitter 101” which was an outstanding beginning introduction and hands-on training on getting started with Twitter.

In it she mentioned the use of following and finding hashtags that will not only connect you with key folks but will be a great resource in learning from others on Twitter and will narrow down your search specifically with the use of these keyword hashtags.

what's a hashtag- - Google Search

Today, I wanted to follow up with some great hashtags you can follow that will help you either in your job search or career or if you are in HR/Recruiting. Following these hashtags and keywords will help drown out the noise and keep you connected and on target with topics and people that follow alongside your agenda and strategy.

5 Hashtags to follow for the HR /Recruiting professional:

  1. #HR – these are Human Resource or Recruiting professionals that use and follow those in this space, blog about these topics, and interact with other HR/Recruiting professionals online.
  2. #HRBlogs – similar to the above and is also used by those in the HR blogging world with outstanding content and articles in the world of work and Human Resources.
  3. #DTHR – this stands for Drive Through Human Resources aka DTHR which is a daily internet radio show at 12:00 noon Central time.
